Information We Collect
Contact Form Data
When you submit our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, and message content. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
Job Application Data
When you apply for a position through our careers page, we collect: your name, email address, phone number, location, years of experience, employment preferences, LinkedIn profile URL, portfolio URL, cover letter, and resume/CV file.
Resume files are transmitted directly to our recruiting email inbox and are not stored on our servers beyond email retention.
What We Do Not Collect
We do not use cookies, analytics tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services. We do not collect payment information, credit card data, or financial details unless explicitly part of a signed service agreement.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

- •To process job applications: We use application data to evaluate your candidacy and contact you regarding employment opportunities.
- •Service delivery: We may use your information to provide services you have requested or to communicate project-related details.

Data Retention
Contact form data: We retain your contact information for 90 days after your inquiry. You may request deletion at any time.
Job application data: We retain job application materials for 12 months after the application deadline to maintain a talent pool. If you are not selected, you may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@invoxol.com.
Email records: Once transmitted to our email system, files remain subject to your email provider's retention policies and our email backup schedules.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encryption, secure form transmission, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted connections). Job application files are transmitted directly to our encrypted email system.

SMS Communications & Consent
When you submit our contact form, you may opt in to receive transactional and/or marketing text messages (SMS) from invoXol. SMS opt-in is entirely voluntary and is never a condition of receiving our services or a response to your inquiry.
We will not share or sell your mobile phone number or SMS consent data to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Message and data rates may apply.
Message Types
Transactional SMS includes project updates, inquiry responses, appointment reminders, and service notifications related to engagements you have initiated with us.
Marketing SMS includes service offerings, promotions, and company updates from invoXol.
Frequency, STOP & HELP
Message frequency may vary. You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at hello@invoxol.com. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Consent Record
When you provide SMS consent through our contact form, we record the consent timestamp, your submitted phone number, your IP address, and your browser user-agent string. This record is retained as an internal audit trail to demonstrate compliance with carrier (CTIA) and regulatory requirements. It is not used for marketing or shared with third parties.
By submitting our contact form with SMS consent checked, you agree to these terms in addition to our overall Terms & Conditions.
Your Rights & Choices
Access your data: You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Delete your data: You may request deletion of your information at any time. We will comply within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Correct your data: If your information is inaccurate, you may request that we update it.

Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete it immediately and notify the parent or guardian.
