Technical Project Manager

Run client engagements from kickoff to launch. You'll be the connective tissue between clients, engineering, design, and leadership — and the person who makes sure projects ship on time and within scope.

/ What you'll do

  • Lead client engagements from kickoff through delivery
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and budget across multiple parallel projects
  • Run weekly client status meetings and async status reports
  • Identify risks early and drive resolution with the technical team
  • Maintain healthy team utilization and resource allocation

/ What we're looking for

  • 5+ years managing software delivery projects (agency or consulting preferred)
  • Strong technical literacy — you don't need to code, but you need to understand the work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience with Linear, Jira, or comparable PM tooling
  • Cool head under pressure when scope, timeline, and clients collide

/ Nice to have

  • PMP, PSM, or similar certifications
  • Background in software engineering before moving into PM
